We’re proud to announce that we’ve been chosen as a finalist for the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2014.
We’re in the Customer Focus Award (SME) category, and are facing some tough competition! This award looks at SMEs that place their customers at the centre of their actions. All finalists will have displayed their well communicated and executed customer strategy with clear evidence of employee engagement, alongside proof of the customer shaping the business.
With customer service being the forefront of the CV-Library business, we pride ourselves on delivering a great service to both our clients and candidates. When we receive recognition like this, it shows that our hard work is paying off.
Lee Biggins, Managing Director of CV-Library: “When I founded CV-Library over ten years ago I had high hopes for the independent job board, but I never dreamed our success would be recognised alongside such high profile companies.
“Customer service is central to our success and although our users recognise this, being shortlisted for this highly respected award is testament to the support and service we provide.”
The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards take place on Tuesday 25th February at the glamorous Lancaster London Hotel. We’re crossing our fingers!
